At The Friday Table, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Below are the details of our return policy:

Timeframe for Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees

In the case of a return, a standard shipping fee of 80 AED will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged.

You receive the wrong item.

We will work to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The cost of return shipping (80 AED) will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, and you have not received the funds, please contact us at hello@thefridaytable.com.
